5 SaaS myths busted
Despite a growing track record of success, software as a service is still misunderstood by a surprising number of IT and business decision-makers. It's time to put to rest some misconceptions about SaaS. Let's bust the following five most common myths.
1. SaaS is a peripheral trend
2. SaaS offers just one type of application
3. SaaS just offers skinnier versions of more sophisticated applications
4. SaaS is less reliable and less secure than on-premises applications
5. IT professionals are uniformly opposed to SaaS
Read the full article here to see why they just aren't true!

Home-based business usage of SaaS shows explosive
Just to add substance to my own opinion that the marketplace of SaaS is not a question of Enterprise OR SMB market but is more a case of both.
After my previous posting of Forrester predicting Enterprise not SMB, here is another article showing the opposite!

Forrester forecasts SaaS future in Enterprise
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is set for significant growth in the enterprise over the coming decade, according to Forrester Research.
Forrester evaluated a range of SaaS technologies for the report, which is the latest in its TechRadar series. It predicts strong growth in customer relationship management (CRM), human capital management, Web conferencing, collaboration, IT service management and online backup.

I'm not sure I agree that the future of SaaS is purely in the Enterprise though. Recently I've been reading more and more about SMB's finding it to be a great fit for them.
Thanks
